Please note: I do offer hours outside the consultation booking calendar. If none of the available times suit you, please get in touch via the consultation form for more options. During this first meeting, we'll get to know each other. You can talk about what you hope to achieve from therapy and ask any questions you might have. I’ll also explain how I work and what you can expect from our sessions together. Please let me know if you’d prefer to connect over the phone or via video call. While I work with many different issues, I’m not able to support clients with diagnoses of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, dissociative identity disorder or borderline personality disorder. If you’re looking for services that cater to these conditions, feel free to reach out—I’m here to help guide you to the right resources. (Please be aware that sessions are 20 minutes in duration. They are listed as 30 minutes to allow for a buffer time between appointments because the system's online buffer isn't working correctly, so I have added it manually.)
