About Me
I entered the mental health field in 2019, following years of being self-employed and managing my own business since my early 20s. My recent focus has been on deepening my knowledge of psychotherapy and continually enhancing my skills and understanding as a therapist. I consider my approach to therapy eclectic, which means I utilise a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to suit each client's unique needs, ensuring the most effective treatment is provided.
