You might come to therapy feeling stuck, caught in painful patterns, struggling with self-doubt, or finding your relationships increasingly difficult. You may carry the weight of past experiences such as betrayal, emotional neglect, or a long-standing sense of never being “enough”.
Some people feel overwhelmed by their emotions, while others feel disconnected or shut down. Both can feel deeply painful and lonely, especially when these patterns begin to affect close relationships.
I work with individuals and couples in an attachment-informed, relational way, using Attachment-Focused EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFCT), and Schema Therapy.
Together, we explore how past experiences continue to shape present relationships, helping you process emotional pain, shift unhelpful patterns, and build stronger, more secure connections - with others and with yourself.

Sessions are available online across the UK and Europe, and in person in Derbyshire and Staffordshire. The practice is situated - just five minutes from the A50 Sudbury roundabout, 10 minutes from Uttoxeter and Ashbourne, and within 20 minutes of Derby, Burton upon Trent, and Stoke-on-Trent.
